Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
- This [#GoldKili #MakeMumOatk Mother’s Day FB/IG Giveaway] (referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by Gold Kili Trading Enterprise (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (referred to as the ‘Organizer’)
- This contest is only open to all participants owning a registered permanent residential address in and within Singapore, except to employees and immediate family members of the Organizer, associated advertising agencies and participating retailers/distributors.
- Submitting an entry automatically means you are a “Contestant” agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
- All persons (‘Contestants’) taking part in this contest agree that these rules shall be binding on them, and that the entries in this contest, including their name, likeness, and images, may be used without restriction in any future publicity material by the Organizer.
- By submitting your contest entries, the Organizer is given “deemed consent” to collect, use or disclose your personal data for verification during the collection of the winning prize(s). (“Privacy Policy”)
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules (T&Cs) or terminate the contest at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice. All decisions made by the Organizer under these rules shall be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained. The Organizer may, but is not required to, justify any decisions related to this contest.
- The Contestant acknowledges that the interest and good reputation of the Organizer is of paramount importance. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Contestant from the contest, or to withdraw the prize if it believes the Contestant is in breach of its obligations under the rules. The Contestant shall not by act or omission, directly or indirectly bring the Organizer into disrepute.
- By participating in this contest, you agree that you have read and accepted the contest’s terms and conditions, terms of use and privacy policy of the Organizer.
- Participation
9.1. Giveaway Entry period (“contest period”): 10-24 May 2024, 23:59pm.
9.2. To qualify, all contest entries must be submitted by 24 May 2024, 23:59 hrs. (the”deadline”) Any contest entries received after that will not be qualified for participation.
9.3. Each entry must be completed in full (participation requirements as stated above under “To Participate”). The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete entries in its sole and absolute discretion.
9.4. Only 1 entry per user is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
9.5. All contest entries from participants who failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated will be removed and disqualified from the giveaway contest.
- The Prize(s), Winner(s) Announcement and Prize Redemption(s)
10.1. The prize(s) as displayed in the contest advertisement as “gift box consisting of Oat-k full series of drink + Carrier Bag (Worth more than $25!)” are collectively referred to as the “Prize”.
10.2. The winner(s) will be picked by organizer based on creativity, relevancy, engagement, and notified via FB and IG within 5 working days (excludes Saturday and Sunday) after the winner announcement date: 24 May 2024.
10.3· The prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.
10.4. In order to claim the winning prize(s), winner(s) are required to FB or IG message @GoldKili with Full Name on NRIC, email address, last 4-characters of IC, mobile number, within 5 days after notification by organizer. Failure to do so will disqualify the winner(s) for the prize redemption(s).
10.5. Organizer will base on the email address provided by Winner(s) to issue an official email with Prize Redemption details. Winner(s) to produce the email notification (as notified by Organizer), IC for verification against the full name provided, last 4-characters of IC, and email address. Failure to do so will disqualify the winner(s) for the prize redemption(s).
10.6. All prize(s) must be claimed by winners within 3 weeks from the date of email notification by Organizer.
10.7. All unclaimed prize(s) will be forfeited if not redeemed by winner(s) within 3 weeks from the date of email notification by Organizer.
10.8. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) for other prize(s) with similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
10.9. All prize(s) are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Organizer excludes all warranties in connection with the prize(s) to the extent permitted by law. The Organizer will not be liable for any lost or stolen prize(s).
